Healthy Nursery and Child's Bedroom

EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) lists Indoor Air Quality as one of their top health concerns.

The EPA's Total Exposure Assessment Methodology (TEAM) study found levels of about a dozen common organic pollutants to be 2 to 5 times higher inside homes than outside. Considering that we are spending as much as 90% of our lives indoors, this is a key issue, and even more for the children.

Here are some great advices for a clean healthy nursery/child's bedroom: How to detox your child's bedroom?

Indoor plants to clean the air

Did you know that, according to some NASA studies, specific indoor plants can remove VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) such as formaldehyde, tolune, xylene, ammonia, alcohols. and hence clean the air. Great for the whole house including the nursery/child's bedroom!
